Venue: Kim Seng Community Centre, Multi-Purpose Hall, 570 Havelock Road, Singapore 169640

Do take note of the following:

1. Only female trainees to wear Club T-shirt inside their Uniform
2. No wearing of colourful or hard objects (ie. Earrings, Necklace, Watch, etc)
3. Sew uniform sleeves and pants inward if too long
4. Purchase a new uniform if sleeves or pants are too short
5. Protective guards compulsory for Green (6) and above
6. Submit 2 passport-sized photographs, photocopy of Birth Certificate, completed Indemnity Form B and photocopy of relevant Poom/Dan Certificate (for 1st Poom & above) for Red-Black (1) and above
