1. All information provided by the member/parent or guardian of the member (if the child is below 18 years old) to Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd is true, accurate, current, and complete. It is the responsibility of the member/parent or guardian of the member (if the child is below 18 years old) to maintain and promptly update Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd of any changes to the information provided. If any of the information provided that is, or Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd have reasonable grounds to suspect that the information is, untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the management of Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd reserves the rights to make decision(s) at Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd discretion without notice.
2. Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd or any of its instructor(s) will not be liable for any physical or mental or spiritual injury that the member sustains during the course.
3. All additional equipment(s) that are required by the instructor(s) are to be purchased from Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd. Equipment(s) that are not purchase from Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd are to be approved by the management of Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd to be used in the course. Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd is not liable or responsible in any way for any injury caused by the equipment(s) not purchased from Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd, even if those equipment(s) are approved by the management of Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd.
4. All equipment purchased from Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd are subjected to the availability of the product.
5. All registration fee and any other course(s) fee are to be made payable to Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd.
6. In the event of the member to collect his/her own grading card, a fee of $50/- (within 3 years) or $100/- (after 3 years) would be charged (not including searching fees). Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd does not guarantee that the grading card would be found and would not be in any way liable for the missing grading card.
7. Replacement fee of $100/- would be charged for grading card, certificate(s), etc. Result(s) is subjected to Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd best recorded.
8. All fee(s) payable to Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd are not refundable, unless approval by the management of Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd.
9. All fee(s) stated are all in SGD.
10. Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd reserves the rights to change and modify any of the fee(s) without prior notice and at the discretion of the management of Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd.
11. No photography or recording of the course and any relevant event(s) related to the course, unless approved by the management of Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd. In the case(s) of approved photography and recording, Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd reserves the rights to use and post any of the materials.
12. Member/parent or guardian of the member (if the child is below 18 years old) does not have the rights to share any material provided in the course by Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd without the approval of the management of Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd. Such material(s) include the training programme that is provided by Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd, unless otherwise stated by the management of Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd.
13. Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd reserves the rights to reject and refuse any person from joining the course without reason(s). Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd also have no obligation to explain to the person if rejected or refused.
14. Verbal or physical abuse to the instructor(s) or the management of Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd will not be tolerated.
15. Member/parent or guardian of the member (if the child is below 18 years old) does not have the rights to interfere with the training programme provided by Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd or its instructor(s) with the approval of the management of Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd. Member must comply and follow the training programme as directed by Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd or its instructor(s). Member/parent or guardian of the member (if the child is below 18 years old) also does not have the rights to request specific instructor(s) or coach(es) or any relevant official(s) in any circumstances and events.
16. Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd will not be held accountable for any lesson(s) cancelled in the event of any public holiday(s), holiday eve(s) and any official event(s) determined by management of Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd. Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd will also not be held accountable for any lesson(s) cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstance(s) as determined by the management of Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd or other relevant authorities. All lesson(s) cancelled are not refundable or subjected to rescheduling, unless otherwise stated by the management of Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd.
17. In the event of any lesson(s) being unable to be conducted at the designated training location(s) due to Covid-19, the lesson(s) will be conducted online, and all online lesson(s) are official lesson(s). Attendance of member(s) will be taken for all online lesson(s).
18. Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd have no obligation for refunding or rescheduling any lesson(s) that any member missed due to MC or any personal reason(s), unless otherwise stated by the management of Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd.
19. In the event(s) of any dispute and disagreement with Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd, member/parent or guardian of the member (if the child is below 18 years old) is required to have a mediation session with the management of Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd, before pursuing legal action(s) against Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd or any of its instructor(s).
20. Member that intends to discontinue the course is to provide a 3 months’ notice prior to departure to the management of Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd. All outstanding payment(s) are to be made before departure.
21. Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd reserves the rights to change, modify and remove any of the terms and conditions without notice and at the discretion of the management of Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd.
22. Members are subjected to expulsion from course if found breaching any of the above terms and conditions at the discretion of the management of Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd. In the event(s) of breaching any of the above terms and conditions by former member, Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd reserves the rights to request the former member for a mediation session at the discretion of the management of Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd. Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd also reserves the rights to raise legal action against member/former member if deem required by the management of Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd.
23. Any appeal(s) or complaint(s) are to be email to contact_us@dynamictaekwondosg.com. All other appeal(s) and complaint(s) through other means will be deem invalid and Dynamic Taekwondo Sports Management Pte Ltd reserves the rights to not entertain any of these appeal(s) or complaint(s).
